Join the Aiken County Historical Museum on select Saturdays to learn more about Aiken County’s history. Each month is a different theme and activity.

February’s Family Fun Day will feature a short talk at 11 am by SRARP archaeologist Buddy Wingard on enslaved potter David Drake and his amazing pottery works that feature his poetry. Guests will even get to see one of Drake’s pots in person. After the talk, attendees will be invited to make a pot with air-dray clay.

This is a free and family-friendly event.
