Birdies for Brain Health Golf Tournament

Join us for a fun game of golf at Woodside Plantation Country Club. All proceeds from this 6th annual charity golf tournament will benefit Day One Fitness in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, and other neurological conditions.
Driving Range Opens at 10 am
Opening Ceremony at 12 Noon with Shotgun Start Immediately Following
Tournament Play ends at 4:30 pm
Reception 4:45 pm-6 pm
