The first is to build the gazebo. If you are the building type bring your gloves, safety glasses, and hammers. If a few people are available during the week before to help the King organize the pieces please list your availability in the comments section.

The second focus is to clean all the underbrush in the Village proper. Bring your gloves, rakes, wheelbarrels, trimmers and anything else you think we might need to make the job easier.

If anyone has chainsaws please bring those too as their are a few trees down in some of the camping areas that will need cut up.

Tent Camping will be available for the weekend. No charge.

We will be burning the main bonfire throughout the day.
