Enslaved Women

Redcliffe Plantation State Historic Site
Join a ranger for an exploration into the experiences of enslaved women across four plantations. Discover individual stories, daily life, roles they held, and families they created through records and primary source materials from the 1800s. Recommended for ages 13+, some sensitive and mature content.
Bring water, good walking shoes, and dress for the weather. There is no heat in the historic structures.
