This event is a chance for businesses to decorate and showcase scarecrows around Downtown Aiken for locals and visitors to see! The scarecrow that receives the most votes will win the grand prize! Please remember the following dates for the scarecrow contest: September 29 – October 12: Registration, October 17: Location Assignments to be emailed, October 18 – 23: Installation Period, October 24 – November 3: Public Voting Period, November 4: Winner announced on social media, and November 11 – 13: All displays must be removed.
