Spring Homestead Classes-Fermentation
April 15 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
This class will be on fermentation, learning to make keifer, kombucha & lacto-fermented vegetables with a hands on sauerkraut lesson with Maria. (please bring a sharp knife and bowl) Cabbage and pint jar will be provided. Also there will be a water glassing egg demonstration.
All classes at 1:00pm. Bring your own chair. $30 for individual or $50 for family. Please RSVP by text to 803-645-5111 with how many are attending.
