Support for this event will assist Umoja Village in the implementation of the Umoja Village Rebuilding the Foundation Crime Prevention Plan for Aiken County. The plan supports youth mentorship programming, second chance training and work connection initiatives. At the Umoja Village Resource Center, staff works to connect the underserved and underrepresented population with resources to make a positive difference in their lives working toward a community rich in diversity, inclusion, and equity.
