The City of Aiken Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Department is thrilled to announce the return of Yoga at Hopelands, offering a peaceful way to unwind at beautiful Hopelands Gardens.

Led by experienced instructor Kristi Whitley, these free yoga sessions are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis. Kristi describes the class as “a gentle flow yoga class with traditional poses suitable for beginners and advanced students alike,” ensuring an inclusive and welcoming experience for everyone.

Yoga at Hopelands will take place every fourth Wednesday from March to October at 9:00 AM at the Hopelands amphitheater, located across from the main stage. Each session lasts approximately one hour. In case of inclement weather, yoga will be relocated inside Rye Patch House. Participants must be at least 13 years old, with minors under 18 accompanied by an adult. No registration is required.
